A return address will be provided to you for sending the item back for alterations.

Each customer is entitled to free alterations on their first order.

Faulty or Damaged Items:

- For faulty or damaged items, Oyiza offers repairs or replacements.

- Please send imagery of the issue, your order number, and contact details to info@oyiza.co within 3 days of receiving your order.

- Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use are not considered faulty. Please read and follow the washing instructions on the care label.
